In this article we present a synthesis assay, without exhausting pretensions, about the diverse socio cultural interpretations models and the chronological evolution of the Castreja Culture (Hill forts) of the Iron Age. We insert a few of new given of the geographic area that we have come to study - the superior basin of the river Coura.

En es trabajo presentamos una hipótesis de síntesis, relativa a los modelos interpretativos socioculturales y la evolución cronológica de la Cultura de Castreña de la Edad del Hierro. Insertamos puntualmente los datos del área geográfica que hemos estudiado – la cuenca superior del río Coura.
