We provide the raw data files of functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Calcium imaging and Pupil diameter traces. Four datasets are provided: Dataset 1a (71 files with name: "fmri_xx_.nii.gz"): 71 fMRI datasets. Uploaded in nii.gz format. TR = 1 s. Total length = 915 s. Dataset 1b: 71 MRI images (anatomical reference scans). Contrast: T2 (RARE) One MRI image was acquired per animal (the same MRI is valid for several fMRI runs of the same animal -see correspondence between #animals and #runs below-). In dataset 1b, we provide 71 MRI images, but all MRI images corresponding to runs of one particular animal are the same (duplicates). Dataset 2 71 calcium recordings. Uploaded as .mat files. Sampling rate = 5000 samples/second. Total length = 915 s. *Runs 19, 26, 33, 36, 48, 53 and 70 suffered loss of data for a few seconds during acquisition (excluded from the current study but available to download). Dataset 3 71 pupil size vectors. Uploaded as .mat files. Sampling rate = 29.97 samples/second. Total length = 915 s. | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
