Life Design is an approach adopted by Johns Hopkins University in which staff members use life design tools and exercises to help students explore, experiment, and develop experiences while at Johns Hopkins to find their ideal post-graduate opportunities. Life Design Educators bring forth their diverse backgrounds and experiences to create engaging programming for the students they serve. This session will communicate the broader goals of the Life Design approach adopted by Johns Hopkins University, as well as engagement examples from various Life Design Educators. This presentation was given as a 20-minute speed learning session on January 10, 2020 during the Maryland Career Consortium's 2020 Professional Development Conference in Timonium, Maryland.
