RCA outputs for year 2006. The netcdf files without "diag" in their names include all state variables (e.g., nutrient concentration, phytoplankton biomass etc.) for model iteration, and the biomass of Prorocentrum is under the variable name "PHYT3". The netcdf files with "diag" in their names contain diagnositc terms (e.g., nutrient limitation on algal growth, respiration loss etc.) for each phytoplankton species. The model output is daily and each netcdf file has 10-day data in it.
