This article analyzes the results of a study visit, recently undertaken in Finland, by a group of managers and teachers, to know in detail the educational system and the context in which it has developed and achieved remarkable results. There are presented more policy priorities, related to education focused on student and teacher alike. It also highlights various positive practices, relevant for the improvement of education in the Republic of Moldova, at the present stage.
