The OA article-level metadata template for publishers identifies the OA metadata that publishers should provide to consortia and academic institutions. Publishers are requested to fill the OA article level metadata template and send it via email to the consortia as well as to all the academic institutions that are part of the consortia agreement. Publishers should provide OA article-level metadata for all the articles published OA by authors from all the institutions in the agreement. This template is part of a research project undertaken by the Knowledge Exchange Monitoring OA group (http://www.knowledge-exchange.info/projects/project/open-access).
