Abstract

This report presents the methodological and data improvements of the TIMES PanEU energy system model. The aim of the report is to provide a detailed look into the methodological enhancements throughout the project to analyse the role of different factors such as behaviour, pollutants and economy in the European energy transition. The report includes a model documentation for TIMES PanEU and insights from the integration of different functions which emerge through different studies carried out in different WPs at each step within the project.
