DataFairPort: The Perl libraries version 0.231

Abstract

Code based on the Linked Data Platform API (W3C - http://www.w3.org/TR/ldp/). Early prototype code for FAIR Profiles (round-tripping should work for creating/consuming instances of our proposed schema for Profiles, but using these Profiles isn't well-defined yet) ONLY the Perl libraries should be considered usable, as part of this pre-release.
