The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical bases for ensuring the efficiency of the management of logistics processes of light industry enterprises. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the self–learning technologies of increasing the efficiency of the management of logistics processes of light industry enterprises in Ukraine. Research methods. In the course of the research and generalization in the article its results used general scientific and special methods for ensuring the efficiency of management of logistics processes of light industry enterprises. Work results. The article presents the results of the development and introduction into practice of logistics processes of light industry enterprises capable of self–learning of information technologies, created on the basis of the AlphaDP algorithm, which does not use the expert data bases formed on the basis of data bases, but has vertical and horizontal cycles of independent analysis of information flows. Innovative logistics information technology is a real step forward in the development of artificial intelligence, which exceeds human capabilities and allows you to quickly analyze the necessary processes and their elements – incoming, current, output, mobile to make managerial decisions in response to rapid changes or limitations of environmental parameters. Implementation of the designated logistic інтелектуальinformation technologies in the economic practice of light industry enterprises can increase their efficiency, increase mobile sales volumes and reduce stocks of finished products, control the volume of promotional discounts, accelerate circulation of working capital, increase profitability and competitiveness. The field of results application. Economic sector: enterprise management, logistics, logistics processes, management of logistics processes, use of innovative logistics information technologies. Conclusions. Using in the practice of logistics of the light industry enterprise the self–learning algorithm AlphaDP accelerates the adoption of «intelligent management solutions» and significantly increases the efficiency of complex logistics processes, opens up new opportunities in the market. And the introduction of a high–tech «information manager» equipped with horizontal and vertical optimization cycles allows mobile and in a shorter time to provide the movement of parts or whole collections of product range from one store to another, which in the market conditions creates a significant competitive advantage.
