Abstract

Dans ce travail, les pierres utilisées dans diverses activités de broyage sont caractérisées par leur forme, leur fonction et leur utilisation en tant que binômes technologiques. Elles ont été employées par les anciens Mésoaméricains dans différents contextes de leur vie quotidienne tels que la transformation de produits végétaux et minéraux. Ils se trouvent de manière répétitive dans les fouilles archéologiques, il est nécessaire de réaliser des études systématiques de différentes disciplines pour extraire l'accumulation d'informations qu'ils possèdent.

En este trabajo se caracterizan las piedras utilizadas en diversas actividades de molienda a traves de la forma, la funcion y el uso como binomios tecnologicos. Fueron empleadas por los antiguos mesoamericanos en diferentes contextos de su vida cotidiana como la transformacion de productos vegetales y minerales. Se encuentran de manera reiterativa en las excavaciones arqueologicas, siendo necesario realizar estudios sistematicos desde distintas disciplinas para extraer el cumulo de informacion que poseen.

In this work, the stones used in various grinding activities are characterized through their form, function and use as technological binomials. They were used by the ancient Mesoamericans in different contexts of their daily lives such as the transformation of plant and mineral products. They are found repeatedly in archaeological excavations, and it is necessary to carry out systematic studies from different disciplines to extract the accumulation of information they possess.

في هذا العمل، تتميز الأحجار المستخدمة في أنشطة الطحن المختلفة من خلال شكلها ووظيفتها واستخدامها كذات حدين تكنولوجيين. تم استخدامها من قبل سكان أمريكا الوسطى القدماء في سياقات مختلفة من حياتهم اليومية مثل تحويل المنتجات النباتية والمعدنية. تم العثور عليها مرارًا وتكرارًا في الحفريات الأثرية، ومن الضروري إجراء دراسات منهجية من مختلف التخصصات لاستخراج تراكم المعلومات التي تمتلكها.
