FORMATION OF THE AESTHETIC COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY OF FUTURE TEACHERS-CHOREOGRAPHS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the components of the professional competence of teachers-choreographers through the prism of aesthetic filling of this type of professional activity genesis. The transformation of aesthetic categories in the context of understanding competence in a modern society is researched. The understanding of the aesthetic component of professional competence of teachers-choreographers is offered as a specific ability necessary for the effective performance of a concrete action, possession of highly specialized knowledge, subject skills, ways of thinking, and also understanding of responsibility for the interpretation of views and created images when creating visual images based on a certain reaction performers and spectators. The emphasis in the article is on the problems of formation of aesthetic feelings, tastes, judgments, abilities of the individual, which are aimed at developing its ability to perceive and transform reality according to the laws of beauty in all spheres of human activity. The place of aesthetic in the professional competence of specialists is due to the fact that the aesthetic component helps to emotionally rational development of information and events, and this mechanism is crucial in the direction of action, the practical implementation of competence. The article analyzes general strategic guidelines of modern education. In accordance with these guidelines, educational institutions determine the structure of the educational process, also the decisive role, which belongs to the teacher’ work. Therefore, professionalism, professional competence, general cultural level of the teacher is the leading characters in professional activity. An important role in shaping the professional competence of future teachers-choreographers plays a developed aesthetic taste. Aesthetic taste as a socially determined norm in the assessment of beauty not only expresses the ability of a person to perceive and evaluate objects and phenomena of reality from the point of view of their aesthetic and humanistic expediency, but also it is acts as the spiritual quality of the individual, through which spiritual, creative, emotional-perceptual and aesthetic the assessment of the world, as a result – the corresponding action is formed.
