The Chilled Ammonia Process has been developed by General Electric Power for the power plant application up to a level of Technical Readiness Level of 7 (TRL 7) before entering the CEMCAP project. This report explains the efforts made for reaching this level. It also briefly describes efforts in the CEMCAP to reach to a high TRL of 6 for cement application and how this would be implemented in a cement plant. Finally, it also defines the efforts required to reach TRL of 7 and beyond for also cement application.
