This R code was written by Emir Toker to support a study which includes some application about Pantanal basin and soil moisture data. The purpose of the code is to extract data for basin specified from global soil moisture data using by shapefile with crop and mask commands. ESA CCI SM v04.4 COMBINED (were cited at references section) data were used for this script. The code can be used with the all NetCDF type data files.
