Abstract

Data from all MMETSP id combined into one file. Transcriptome assembly fasta files: mmetsp_dib_trinity2.2.0_zenodo.tar.gz Annotation gff files: mmetsp_dib_trinity2.2.0_gff_zenodo.tar.gz Peptide translation fasta files: mmetsp_dib_trinity2.2.0_pep_zenodo.tar.gz Salmon quantification files: mmetsp_dib_trinity2.2.0_quant_zenodo.tar.gz The Marine Microbial Eukaryotic Transcriptome Sequencing Project (MMETSP) data set contains cultured samples of pelagic and endosymbiotic marine eukaryotic species representing more than 40 phyla (Keeling et al. 2014).
