The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological, scientific and applied provisions for the provision of corporate security of Ukrainian enterprises. The purpose of the research is to provide scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and to develop practical recommendations for ensuring corporate security of Ukrainian enterprises. Research methods. In the work the systematic approach has been used, within the framework of which methods are used: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – in the study of essential characteristics and evolution of the basic concepts of research; analysis and synthesis – to characterize the current trends in the development of Ukrainian enterprises; Theory of modeling – to determine the functional structure of the enterprise corporate security system. Results of work. The article the theoretical, methodological, scientific and applied provisions of ensuring the corporate security of enterprises has been substantiated that based on the specifics of economic activity, as well as conditions for the formation of safe conditions for the development of Ukrainian enterprises. The field of application of results. Solving the problems of providing safe conditions for the development of Ukrainian enterprises; the formation of a methodological basis for higher education graduates in the field of knowledge management and administration. Conclusions: 1) the successive complication of the conditions of economic activity of Ukrainian enterprises elucidates the importance of scientific research on improving the security activities in each economic unit; 2) generalization of scientific work on the interpretation of the notions «corporation» and «corporate security of the enterprise» allowed to consider theoretical aspects and form the methodological basis of corporate security of Ukrainian enterprises; 3) the priorities, goals and main tasks of ensuring enterprise corporate security has been defined; 4) the functional structure of the corporate security system has been formed on the basis of real conditions of economic activity of Ukrainian enterprises; 5) a set of external and internal threats has been defined for the corporate security of Ukrainian enterprises.
