L'analyse de risque des systèmes endigués : méthodologie et application à la réalisation des études de dangers

Abstract

Les études de dangers de digues ont été introduites par la réglementation de 2007 sur la sécurité des ouvrages hydrauliques. Celles-ci s’appliquent aux systèmes d'endiguement depuis la publication du décret du 12 mai 2015. Ces études sont des analyses de risque dans un format particulier, défini par la réglementation. La communication présente une méthode de réalisation des études de dangers de systèmes d’endiguement basée sur une analyse de risque. Elle décrit la méthode spécifique d'analyse de risque développée pour ces systèmes et la méthode d'analyse des modes de défaillance associée. Enfin, elle présente l'intérêt de l'utilisation de l'analyse de risque indépendamment d'un cadre réglementaire fluctuant, pour l'amélioration continue des ouvrages de protection, des systèmes qu'ils forment et pour la gestion associée.
