This is the R code of the data analysis and modelling procedure to quantify the feed intake response of growing pigs to perturbations. The procedure includes four steps: (1) treatment of missing data; (2) estimation of the target trajectory of cumulative feed intake; (3) detection of perturbations based on the differences between observed feed intake and its target and (4) characterization and quantification of animal's response to perturbations.
