The article substantiates the need to create electronic educational resources not only by software developers, but also by educators themselves, the possibilities that cloud technologies provide for this are determined, the advantages of using cloud technologies for creation of electronic educational resources and restrictions in their use are found. The conditions necessary for independent creation of electronic educational resources by teachers are determined. Characterized features of Google cloud services, which help to use them to create electronic educational resources, examines the services that can be used for this purpose, gives examples of educational resources created on the basis of individual Google services. Particular attention is focused on the use of Google Forms service by teachers. The practical experience of using the Google Forms service for creating surveys, test tasks, web quests is analyzed, the methodology of their development and use is considered. Examples of web quests created on the basis of the Google Forms service are given, their comparative analysis is carried out. The methods of the research were theoretical analysis of normative documents on education, scientific and methodological literature, comparative analysis of electronic educational resources, generalization and systematization of the data obtained for the formation and justification of recommendations and conclusions. The expediency of creation of electronic educational resources by teachers has been established, it is proved that cloud technologies provide necessary opportunities for this, the advantages of their use are analyzed, some of the existing educational resources created on the basis of separate cloud services of Google are analyzed. Prospects for further research are seen in the development of methods for using cloud technologies to create their own electronic educational resources by teachers.
