General basic skills of economist had described in the educational qualification characteristics economist degree. In terms of information technology relevant skills economist bachelor is divided into three parts. The first part of the basic skills of economists met the level of acquired information and analytical competencies graduate educational institution under the State Standard of General Secondary Education. The second part of the basic skills acquired in the disciplines of economic and mathematical cycle. The third part of the requirements of educational qualification characteristics to economist bachelor may be satisfied by modern information technologies that are notpart of the competencies of graduates of the institution in accordance with the State standard secondaryeducation. Thus was created for blocks of information models, covering a third of the basic skills necessary economic competenceeconomist bachelor degree.
