Abstract

Maqolada yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarida bemorlarning psixologik xususiyatlari, himoya-yengish xatti-harakatlarini aniqlash va psixoterapevtik taktikalarni optimallashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy ma’lumotlar va olib borgan tadqiqotlarimiz tahlili keltirilgan. Muayyan shaxs tipologiyasi va psixopatologik buzilish shakli bilan bog’liq stressli hayotiy vaziyatlarni yengish strategiyasining kognitiv va xulq-atvor mazmunini tuzatishga qaratilgan kognitiv-bixivioral psixoterapiya va musiqa terapiyasidan foydalanish, yurak qon-tomir kasalligidan aziyat chekayotgan bemorlarga nisbatan terapevtik chora-tadbirlar samaradorligini oshirishga imkon berdi.
