Auf dem Weg zu erfolgreichen IT-Kooperationen - Vier Thesen aus Sicht der dienstnutzenden Hochschulen

Abstract

Diese Handreichung beleuchtet die Transformation von IT-Zentren an Hochschulen hin zu Servicebrokern innerhalb einer kooperativen, hochschulübergreifenden IT-Infrastruktur. Sie entstand im Rahmen eines Workshops des Arbeitskreises Strategie und Organisation der Zentren für Kommunikation und Informationsverarbeitung in Lehre und Forschung e. V. (ZKI) an der Universität Leipzig und entwickelt vier zentrale Thesen: (1) IT-Zentren wandeln sich zu Servicebrokern, die Eigenleistung, Community-Services und Cloud-Dienste integrieren; (2) kulturelle und kommunikative Barrieren erweisen sich als entscheidende Hemmnisse für Kooperationen; (3) Standardisierung, Governance und verbindliche SLAs sind Voraussetzung für Skalierbarkeit; und (4) Nutzende erwarten einfache Zugangswege, transparente Kommunikation und nutzerorientierte Onboarding-Prozesse. Die Publikation bietet eine strategische Grundlage sowie praxisorientierte Checklisten für die Weiterentwicklung von IT-Service-Strukturen im Hochschulbereich und richtet sich an IT-Leitungen und das Hochschulmanagement.
