Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Mahmud Koshgʻariyning XI asrga oid yirik lingvistik va madaniy merosi hisoblangan “Devonu lugʻotit turk” asaridagi oʻzbek xalq ogʻzaki ijodi durdonalari — maqol va matallarning lingvistik hamda axloqiy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Asarda aks etgan mehmondoʻstlik, yaxshilikka yaxshilik qaytarish, til odobi va soʻz mas’uliyati kabi umuminsoniy qadriyatlar qiyosiy oʻrganiladi. Tadqiqot orqali qadimiy turkiy maqollarning bugungi kunda ham tarbiyaviy ahamiyati naqadar yuqoriligi ilmiy asoslab berilgan.
