Abstract

Ushbu maqolada topinambur (Helianthus tuberosus L.) o‘simligining kimyoviy tarkibi hamda qandli diabet kasalligida qo‘llanilishining foydali xususiyatlari haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Topinambur tugunaklari tarkibida inulin, fruktoza, pektin moddalar, vitaminlar va mineral elementlarning mavjudligi tahlil qilingan. Inulinning qondagi glyukoza miqdorini kamaytirishdagi ahamiyati, uglevod almashinuviga ta’siri hamda qandli diabet bilan og‘rigan bemorlar uchun parhezbop mahsulot sifatidagi xususiyatlari yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, topinamburning organizmda metabolik jarayonlarni yaxshilash, ichak mikroflorasini me’yorlashtirish va umumiy sog‘lomlashtiruvchi ta’siri haqida ma’lumotlar berilgan.
