Abstract

 Mazkur maqolada o‘quvchilarning nutqiy kompetensiyasini shakllantirish muammolari va ularning yechimlari ilmiy-pedagogik jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Nutqiy kompetensiyaning tarkibiy komponentlari, uning shaxs rivojlanishidagi o‘rni hamda zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonidagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan foydalanish orqali o‘quvchilarning og‘zaki va yozma nutqini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari nutqiy kompetensiyani rivojlantirish ta’lim samaradorligini oshirishning muhim omili ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
