Citizen Science Survey on Litter Pollution at the Außenalster, Hamburg – Raw Data WiSe 2025/26

Abstract

This dataset contains raw data from a citizen science pilot study on litter pollution at the Außenalster lake and adjacent canals in Hamburg, Germany. The survey was conducted as part of the course Data Science 1 (winter semester 2025/2026) in the Biology/BMARSYS Bachelor's programme, Department of Biology, Universität Hamburg. The study is embedded in the citizen science initiative of the Lebendige Alster project (NABU/BUND Hamburg).
