
This white paper presents the initial applied findings of the AURIS Identity System, a structured behavioural framework designed to improve awareness, response regulation, and behavioural consistency in real-world environments. The study was conducted over a six-week period using a controlled cohort engaging in daily behavioural tracking and weekly coaching intervention. Findings indicate measurable improvements in awareness, response control, behavioural consistency, and early-stage identity alignment. The AURIS framework integrates principles from cognitive dissonance theory, behavioural science, and applied mental health research, providing a structured and repeatable model for behavioural change. The system is particularly relevant in high-pressure and transitional environments, including leadership, professional performance, and post-transition contexts. As an applied cohort study, results are indicative and support further research, validation, and expansion across broader populations.
