Metagenome assembled genomes (MAGs) from house fly (Musca domestica) larvae reared on different waste and by-products 1-100

Abstract

Metagenome assembled genome (MAG) catalogue of microbes sequences from the gut and substrate of house fly (Musca domestica) larvae. House fly larvae were fed various waste- and by-products-based substrates, being: Wheat bran-deproteinised grass-medium, brewery waste-medium, and digested sludge-medium.
