Automatización del restablecimiento de servicios mediante tickets de soporte

Abstract

Justificación: La automatización se ha vuelto fundamental en la optimización de procesos en distintas áreas, especialmente en las TIC, al permitir reducir costos y mejorar la precisión en tareas complejas o repetitivas. En este contexto, en el presente trabajo se aborda la problemática del departamento de TI de la empresa IndusPro, enfocada en la gestión inadecuada de tickets de fallas en sus sistemas de información. Esto conduce a una respuesta ineficiente a las solicitudes de soporte, generando demoras en la resolución de problemas y restablecimiento de servicios.Objetivo: Se implementó un servicio automatizado que usa los tickets de soporte recibidos por correo como desencadenante para ejecutar scripts que restablecen los servicios afectados.Metodología: En el proyecto se utilizaron herramientas que permiten automatizar el restablecimiento de los servicios críticos para los sistemas de información de la empresa. Se diseñó una arquitectura que define el flujo de trabajo y la interacción de las diferentes herramientas utilizadas.Resultados y conclusiones: La metodología implementada permite ejecutar scripts de forma automatizada en servidores Linux, permitiendo restablecer los servicios con mínima intervención humana. Las pruebas confirmaron que el sistema responde adecuadamente a los tickets de soporte, restableciendo los servicios de manera automática y reduciendo significativamente los tiempos de respuesta.
