PRC1 nanostructures organize Hox chromatin during Drosophila embryogenesis

Abstract

This database contains the data used for the manuscript: “PRC1 nanostructures organize Hox chromatin during Drosophila embryogenesis”, which is under revision in Cell Discovery. It complements the database: “Doi: 10.5281/zenodo.16676359”, containing the data of the original manuscript. A full description of the methods used to perform the experiments and how the images were acquired is described in the “method” section of this article. Briefly, this work was entirely carried out on Drosophila embryos, collecting images from the outermost cell layer. Images have been acquired in the head of embryos during mid-embryogenesis (stages 9 to 13). The Excel file “PRC1_NG_rev” compiles all the additional raw data files used for the revision of this study. This database is composed of 4 folders containing images in .tif format and compressed with 7-Zip: · FigureS1A contains images used for the panel A of Supplementary Figure 1. · FigureS1B contains images used for the panel B of Supplementary Figure 1. · Figure4A contains images used for the panel A of Figure 4. · FigureS7 contains images used for the Supplementary Figure 7.
