Relaciones entre inteligencia emocional y burnout en el profesorado

Abstract

Póster científico presentado en el ámbito de la investigación en Psicología de la Educación. El trabajo analiza la relación entre la inteligencia emocional rasgo y el burnout en el profesorado, así como posibles diferencias de género en los factores asociados al desgaste profesional. Se empleó un diseño descriptivo transversal con una muestra de docentes universitarios, utilizando instrumentos validados como el TEIQue-SF y el MBI. Los resultados muestran asociaciones significativas entre inteligencia emocional y niveles de burnout. Este trabajo se enmarca en la línea de investigación sobre bienestar docente e inteligencia emocional.
