This infographic summarizes the results of the second edition of BioMARatona 'Beaches with Life', a citizen science initiative documenting biodiversity along Portugal's coastline. Originally launched in Catalonia by the Institute of Marine Sciences (ICM-CSIC), BioMARatona is coordinated in Portugal by CIBIO-BIOPOLIS in partnership with: Centro de Ciência Viva de Vila do Conde, o Observatório Litoral Norte, o Centro de Monitorização e Interpretação Ambiental (CMIA), o CIIMAR, a Universidade do Porto, o Museu de História Natural e da Ciência, o Jardim Botânico do Porto e a Galeria da Biodiversidade — Centro Ciência Viva. These institutions were responsible for participant engagement and activity coordination. We gratefully acknowledge AGIR 360 for their valuable support in producing audiovisual materials.
