Visionäre Arbeitsumgebungen für Snowgroomer: Methodische Ansätze und prototypische Implementierung

Abstract

In this thesis, an augmented reality-supported, user-centered workplace concept for snowgroomer operators is developed in the face of technologization, skills shortages and climatic challenges. Innovative methods of participatory futurology and design futuring are analyzed theoretically and applied and evaluated practically in pilot tests and workshops with the target group. The needs and experiences of the drivers are systematically incorporated into the design process. To this end, workshop results are evaluated using qualitative content analysis and transformed into requirements for a low-fidelity prototype using methods such as scenario-based design and pa-per prototyping. The results show that participatory future methods enable the user-centered development of innovative working environments in the off-highway sector. The methods used and their sequence have provided valuable insights for the design of future workplaces and the user-centered development of a low-fidelity prototype. The methods and their use were rated very positively by the target groups.
