Energy-dependence MS/MS of amino acids and peptides - raw positive and negative

Abstract

This repository contains raw, mzml and processed MS/MS datasets of amino acids and peptides acquired using an Orbitrap 480 mass spectrometer. raw positive and negative: 18270480mzml positive and negative: 18270298processed results: The data were collected in both positive and negative ion modes under collision energies ranging from 1 to 200 V. The dataset is intended to support reproducible analysis of fragmentation behaviors, intensity distributions, and group loss patterns of amino acids and peptides. 11 amino acids and 2 peptides: alanine (Ala) arginine (Arg) glutamine (Gln) glutamic acid (Glu) glycine (Gly) glycylglycine (Gly-Gly, GG) glycylglycylglycine (Gly-Gly-Gly,GGG) leucine (Leu) lysine (Lys) methionine (Met) phenylalanine (Phe) tryptophan (Trp) tyrosine (Tyr) Collision Energy (V): 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, and 200.
