Longitude and latitude in decimal degrees (DD); altitude in meters (m); mean, min and max temperature in degrees Celsius * 10; temperature seasonality as standard deviation (SD) * 100; annual, min and max rainfall in millimeters (mm); rainfall seasonality as the coefficient of variation (CV). Between-species: species mean data for 12 macaque species, plus an ultrametric phylogenetic tree. Here, ecogeography includes various range variables and habitat and dietary parameters. Within-species: M. nemestrina (N = 43 from 28 unique localities), M. fascicularis (N = 70 from 45 unique localities), and M. mulatta (N = 44 from 33 unique localities). Raw data for adult specimens are provided, with imputed values for the morphological data where there were missing data (e.g., due to damage or loss of teeth).
