Abstract

Arbejdsgruppe E blev nedsat inden for kommissoriet for FAIR Følgegruppen, som blev etableret i forbindelse med den nationale strategi for FAIR-principperne. Dette dokument er et bilag til Årsrapport 2025 for den nationale strategi for datamanagement baseret på FAIR-principperne. Formålet med dette dokument er at udarbejde nogle overordnede principper i forhold til forskellige sikkerhedsaspekter, som kan indtænkes, når der arbejdes videre med udarbejdelsen af den Nationale strategi for data-management baseret på FAIR principperne. Open Science filosofien ”så åbent som muligt og så lukket som nødvendigt”, efterlader et ret stort rum i forhold til fortolkningen af ”nødvendigt”. Den digitale understøttelse af datadeling er under konstant udvikling og derfor giver det mening, at det meste nyere regulering lægger op til en risikobaseret tilgang til behandlingssikkerhed, som fx art. 32 i GDPR, der foreskriver at der skal være ”passende tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger”. Dette dokument belyser de mest oplagte momenter, man skal have med i sin overvejelse, når man laver vurderingerne og giver nogle praktiske eksempler på, hvornår sikkerhedsaspekter bør indtænkes.
