In the current numeric era, scientific edition and publication is in evolution or even revolution, and in the other hand, new objects as data (organized or not as databases), software and other productions have increase their importance. With the concern of ensure free/open access to research and its results, more and more distribution of data and software is done in our laboratories. However this distribution is still little or not organized enough and does not take into account legal or some technical matters, which difficults the access to those productions. We have studied and compared the production of articles and software in French research laboratories, both from legal and management points of view in the document (in French): "Article vs. Logiciel : questions juridiques et de politique scientifique dans la production de logiciels" (https://www.projet-plume.org/ressource/article-vs-logiciel). With this poster we extend the study to research data.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
