Abstract

FIGURE 5. Phylogenetic tree derived from analyses of the COI gene sequences using the ML method under the GTR + Gamma + Invariant sites evolution model, with 1000 replications performed in MEGA X. Only a subset of the sequences listed in Table 2 (those shaded in grey) was included in this analysis. On the right, the four species delimitation methods used (see Material and Methods for definition) and their consensus are shown. The number of MOTUs identified by each method is indicated below each column. Identified species are delimited by a white line.
