This repository holds a collection of tools for openBIS that have been developed at the Institute for Physical Metallurgy and Materials Physics IMM. The most up-to-date version is made available in GitLab. Please refer to the README files in the subdirectories for more details. Dropboxes Dropboxes for three Scanning Electron Microscopes: Tescan Clara FEI Helios NanoLab 600i DualBeam Zeiss LEO 1530 Gemini Metadata Parsers Small scripts to extract metadata from data produced by scientific instruments and computational tools. Upload utility Python command line tool allowing data to be uploaded to Coscine S3 while the extracted metadata resides in an openBIS instance. Companion App A browser-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) to assist researchers in registering data and retrieving experimental details. A dockerized version is made available on DockerHub.
