Il racconto fragile. Le Confessioni di Agostino

Abstract

"Il racconto fragile" is my encounter with Augustine’s Confessions, a text I have read and studied for a long time but that, in recent years, has appeared to me in a new light: as a work devoted to narrating our fragility; to the need each of us has to find horizons of meaning that give things their place; to the desire to live in our communities as in spaces that welcome our weaknesses rather than turn them into occasions for competition. The project is still open, as I am working on a less concise and more analytical version of the commentary on the Confessions. The project is still open, as I am working on a less concise and more analytical version of the commentary on the Confessions.
