Alla necessità di vivere la comunità come un luogo che accoglie e protegge le debolezze personali e non come una arena competitiva. "Il racconto fragile" is my encounter with Augustine’s Confessions, a text I have read and studied for a long time but that, in recent years, has appeared to me in a new light: as a work devoted to narrating our fragility; to the need each of us has to find horizons of meaning that give things their place; to the desire to live in our communities as in spaces that welcome our weaknesses rather than turn them into occasions for competition.
