Koca Fiğ (Vicia narbonensis L.)'in Kes Kalitesi Üzerine Leonardit Dozlarının Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, farklı leonardit dozlarının koca fiğ (Vicia narbonensis L. cv. Karakaya) bitkisinin kes kalitesine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla, 2021-2022 vejetasyon döneminde Siirt Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma ve Deneme Arazisi’nde yürütülmüştür. Leonarditin 0, 50, 100, 150 ve 200 kg da-1 dozlarının faktör konusu olarak ele alındığı çalışmada; tarla denemesi, tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak kurulmuştur. Araştırma kapsamında kes örneklerinde ham protein (HP), asit deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (ADF), nötral deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (NDF), toplam fosfor, potasyum, kalsiyum ve magnezyum analizleri yapılmış; kesin nispi yem değeri tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları, leonarditin kesin HP, ADF, NDF, nispi yem değerini ve mineral element içeriğini önemli ölçüde etkilediğini ortaya koymuştur. Leonardit dozlarının artışına paralel olarak HP oranının ve nispi yem değerinin arttığı, ADF ve NDF oranlarının azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, leonardit uygulamaları kontrole göre koca fiğ kesinin mineral element içeriğini de arttırmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, tüm kalite parametreleri birlikte değerlendirildiğinde, kaliteli koca fiğ kesi elde edilmesinde 100 kg da-1 leonardit dozunun etkili olduğu görülmüştür.
