Abstract

Tabiiy moddalar substantsiyalarini ishlab chiqarishga ixtisoslashgan kimyo va farmatsevtika kompaniyalari tomonidan tabiiy birikmalar saqlovchi o‘simlik xomashyosini fiziologik faol birikmalar olish maqsadida qayta ishlash texnologiyalarini amaliyotga joriy etilgan bo‘lib, ular asosida turli maqsadlardagi dori vositalari yaratilgan. Mamlakatimizda dorivor o‘simliklar zahiralarini aniqlash, ularning kimyoviy tarkibini tadqiq etish, tabiiy birikmalar ustida farmakologik, toksikologik izlanishlar va dorivor o‘simliklarni qayta ishlash texnologiyalarni ishlab chiqish sohasida keng qamrovli ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari amalga oshirilgan. Natijada tabiiy birikmalar asosida bir necha dori vositalari va ozuqaga biologik faol qo‘shimchalar ishlab chiqishga erishilgan. Ushbu maqolada tadqiqot obyekti sifatida O‘zbekiston hududida o‘suvchi Ph.communis o‘simligining ekstraktiv moddalari tanlangan. Ushbu o‘simlik tarkibidan ekstraktiv moddalarni ajratib olishning maqbul usulini tanlash maqsadida jarayonlar texnologik usullar yordamida optimallashtirilgan.
