Behavioral phenotyping data from 1,342 rats comprising two groups: Long Evans (LE) controls (n=614) and their schizophrenia-like substrain Lisket (n=728), balanced across sexes and tested over a 7-year longitudinal study (2018-2024). All animals underwent behavioral testing at 10 weeks of age in the Ambitus corridor system under standardized conditions: 48-hour food restriction prior to testing, controlled environment (22±1°C, 12h light/dark cycle), and testing between 8:00-16:00 in dim lighting without external cues. The dataset includes 96 behavioral features per animal measured across 4 trials. Ethical approval: Hungarian Ethical Committee for Animal Research (RN: XIV/1248/2018, XIV/1421/2023); full compliance with EU Directive 2010/63/EU and ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines.
