Presentation used at the rendez-vous de l'information scientifique organised by the University of Geneva Library on 28 April 2026 and devoted to ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor Identifier) identifiers and profiles. Pitch: Would you like to list your publications, reviews and other scientific work? Do you have namesakes and want to ensure that your scientific contributions are correctly attributed to you? Do you want to remain contactable even if you change institution? During these workshops, which can be followed independently, you will be able to review the benefits of having an ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor Identifier), and/or learn how to create one and set up the associated ORCID profile so that it reflects your activity as a researcher.
