BRYOMOLECULES - D3.1 Raw sequences for 90 bryophyte transcriptomes

Abstract

In this deliverable we provide data referencing the raw RNA-Seq reads for 114 bryophyte transcriptomes generated on the Illumina platform. The sequences are deposited in the GenBank Short Read Archive (SRA) under Bioproject accession PRJNA1313596. For project review purposes, the raw reads are also mirrored in a local repository (accessible for project review purposes only). The accompanying table reports in column 1 the BioSample accession assigned by NCBI, in column 2 the BRYOMOLECULES library ID defined according to FAIR Data principles, and in columns 3 and 4, the file names of the paired-end reads. The chemistry used for Illumina sequencing is either 2x150 bp (for the BioSamples from SAMN51815764 to SAMN51815853) or 2x100 bp (for the BioSamples from SAMN51815854 to SAMN51815865).
