
This article is devoted to the analysis of the historical development and modern approaches of military training methods. It compares the military training practices of ancient times (e.g., Sparta and Rome) with modern technological and psychological methods. The article concludes with proposals on how to create a more effective military training system by combining historical experience with modern technologies. The study emphasizes that military training is in constant development and must adapt to the demands of time.
