The data sets consists of cetacean data (sightings and strandings) collected during the LIVE Project, on the Iveragh peninsula, Co. Kerry, Ireland. These include land-based effort watches (October 2021 - September 2022), boat effort surveys (summer 2022), casual sightings reported through LIVE researcher (2020-2022) and data obtained from the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group website (2020-2022). Tidal data from Dingle Harbour and environmental parameters recorded through Buoy M3 are also available here.
