Terapia neurofeedback jako samoświadomy trening wspierany wzmocnieniami pozytywnymi z wykorzystaniem sprzężenia zwrotnego i EEG

Abstract

Neurofeedback therapy is a non-invasive method supporting psychological and emotional development in children and adolescents through EEG monitoring and real-time feedback. It evaluates its role in enhancing cognitive, emotional, and social functions in disorders like ADHD or anxiety. Employs operant conditioning and positive reinforcements for brain wave self-regulation. Literature analysis shows benefits: improved concentration, emotion regulation, sleep quality. Conclusions emphasize complementing conventional therapies and the need for further empirical research.

Terapia neurofeedback to nieinwazyjna metoda wspierająca rozwój psychiczny i emocjonalny dzieci oraz młodzieży poprzez monitorowanie EEG i informację zwrotną w czasie rzeczywistym. Ocenia rolę w poprawie funkcji poznawczych, emocjonalnych i społecznych przy zaburzeniach jak ADHD czy lęki. Wykorzystuje warunkowanie sprawcze i pozytywne wzmocnienia do samoregulacji fal mózgowych. Analiza literatury wskazuje korzyści: lepsza koncentracja, regulacja emocji, jakość snu. Wnioski podkreślają uzupełnienie terapii konwencjonalnych oraz potrzebę dalszych badań empirycznych.
