This document presents the Quality Assurance and Risk Management Plan developed to ensure and validate the PHAETHON project's adherence to the highest quality standards. The plan establishes acceptable quality levels, delineates the quality review approach, and summarizes key quality findings. It additionally incorporates the project risk registry, a structured and organized documentation tool that systematically captures and manages information related to potential risks within the project. Moreover, It serves as a central repository for identifying, assessing, and tracking various risks that may impact the successful execution of the project.
