This deliverable documents the evolution and final implementation of the OPERAS Impact Monitoring Dashboard within the OPERAS-PLUS project. Building on Deliverable 8.2 (2023), it addresses previous limitations by integrating both performance monitoring and impact assessment into a single, user-friendly environment using Google Looker Studio. The report outlines methodological refinements inspired by the ESFRI policy brief on research infrastructure impact assessment, updates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to reflect strategic shifts, and describes the technical and organisational process of developing the final dashboard. By providing visual, accessible, and regularly updated data, the dashboard supports decision-making across OPERAS governance bodies, ensures transparency, and strengthens the infrastructure’s strategic alignment with Open Science principles. Future plans include further automation of data sources, embedding the dashboard in the redesigned OPERAS website, and aligning the framework with the forthcoming Strategic Plan 2026–2028 and beyond. This deliverable is currently under review by the European Commission.
