Abstract

Desde la perspectiva de la teoría de la pena, la víctima es un elemento importante en la justificación de la imposición de la pena, buscando retribución por el daño que se le ha causado. El análisis de la victimología dentro de la criminología se dedica al estudio de la relación entre víctimas y victimarios. El objetivo de la investigación es desarrollar un método neutrosófico multicriterio para evaluar indicadores de teoría de la pena y su relación con la victimología. La victimología aboga por una justicia penal centrada en la víctima, considerando sus necesidades y preocupaciones. Esto significa que la pena asignada para sancionar a aquellos infractores debe ser acorde a la culpabilidad, peligrosidad y probabilidad de cometer nuevamente el delito, lo que determina el tiempo de condena para el que comete el delito. El método propuesto obtiene como resultado una evaluación de indicadores de la pena y su relación con la victimología para el caso de estudio objeto de análisis.
